realme has a few series of phones running, but its main line’s Pro models have always skirted around the RM1000 price point. This makes the realme 6 Pro, the latest addition to the line, the priciest one so far. After some teasing two weeks ago, the company has just announced the phone for the local market, as well as its price and availability.
But first let’s go over the spec sheet of the phone. The realme 6 Pro comes with a 6.6-inch IPS Full HD+ display, with a 90Hz refresh rate and a 120Hz touch sampling rate. On the inside, it runs a Qualcomm Snapdragon 720G chipset, 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. It also has a 4300mAh battery that supports 30W fast charging.
On cameras, the realme 6 Pro runs a 64MP main camera, a 12MP telephoto shooter, an 8MP wide angle lens, and a 2MP macro lens. On the front, it two cameras in a punch hole cutout. They are a 16MP main camera, supplemented by an 8MP wide angle camera.
The realme 6 Pro is priced at RM1399 which, as mentioned earlier, is the highest in the series so far. It will be available on the brand’s Official Store on Lazada starting 12 May, and on shelves from 16 May onwards. Get it early, and you can stand a chance at getting a set of seven casings, as well as a year’s extended warranty.
