CIMB’s online banking site CIMB Clicks, as well as it’s mobile app has once again decided to go on an unscheduled hiatus. There were intermittent disruptions to online banking transactions across the system since 1.30pm earlier today before it became completely inaccessible at around 4.30pm.
A System Downtime for maintenance message has since replaced the CIMB Clicks landing page, assuring customers that the system should be to operation by 9pm today.
Disgruntled customers, have taken to CIMB’s social media channels to vent out their frustrations with the unscheduled outage.
