Following the release of realme 6 and realme 6i into our market recently, it is now finally realme 6 Pro’s turn to make its debut in Malaysia. First launched to the world in early March, the basic shape of realme 6 Pro might looked like the realme 6 but of course, there are plenty of differences between the two models.
For starters, the realme 6 Pro is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 720G instead of the MediaTek Helio G90T on the realme 6. The Pro model also features a dual selfie camera on its 6.6-inch 90Hz Full HD+ display which consisted of a main camera with 16MP Sony IMX471 sensor and another 8MP ultra wide-angle camera.
While the realme 6 Pro’s main camera still features 64MP Samsung GW1 sensor as well as an 8MP ultra wide-angle and 2MP macro cameras just like the standard realme 6 model, the Pro model is equipped with a 12MP telephoto camera instead of a monochrome portrait camera. realme has also retained the 4300mAh battery with 30W Flash Charge support for the Pro model as well.
As for the realme 6 Pro’s launch date in Malaysia, that will take place on 11 May through a webcast on realme Malaysia’s Facebook page which is not surprising due to the on-going implementation of Movement Control Order. Naturally, we expect the phone’s release date and pricing will be announced during the webcast, so stay tuned for more.
