The Vivo V19, the self-named brand’s next V series flagship device, has officially gotten a local launch date. As per a post on its official Facebook page, the company will be hosting an online launch event on 23 April at 6PM.
Specs-wise, the Vivo V19 is fitted with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 712 SoC, 8GB RAM, 128GB of expandable storage, and a 6.44-inch Full HD+ Super AMOLED display that also has an in-display fingerprint scanner. Powering the device is a 4500mAh battery that also supports 33W fast charging.
In regards to its cameras, the Vivo V19’s main camera uses a quad-camera module comprising a 48MP main shooter, 8MP wide-angle, 2MP bokeh sensor, and a 2MP macro lens. Around the front, the selfie camera utilises a dual-camera setup that consists of a 32MP and 8MP. For connectivity, the Vivo V19 comes with a USB-C port for wired charging and file transfer, plus Bluetooth 5.0 and Wi-Fi support for 2.4GHz and 5GHz bandwidth.
Obviously, the official price tag for the Vivo V19 will only be revealed during the livestream, so if you’re interested, you’ll have to tune in to find out how much you have to pay. In conjunction with the livestream, Vivo will also be giving three units of the phone out to three lucky winners.
