Customers of Air Selangor Sdn Bhd (formerly known as SYABAS) can now opt to receive their monthly water bill via WhatsApp. This implementation is in line with the company’s aim to expand its services digitally for customer convenience.
Air Selangor’s WhatsApp e-billing service is available to customers in Selangor, Kuala Lumpur, and Putrajaya. The company advises users to ensure that the phone number registered is accurate and is able to receive messages via the messaging platform.

To start using this service, users are required to register or update their information on the company’s website via this link. Alternatively, its e-billing service is also available through email and via their official app on both Android and iOS devices.
The company is encouraging users to switch from paper bills to e-billing as it is more convenient and also allows for seamless online payments.
