After being postponed, the HONOR 9X Pro has finally had its official launch here in Malaysia. The launch event happened online via a live stream.
Originally launched back in July 2019, the HONOR 9x Pro comes with a 6.69-inch Full HD+ display, a Kirin 810 chipset, 6GB of RAM, 256GB of internal storage space. It also supports 512GB of expandable storage. As for its battery, it’s rated at 4000mAh.
As for cameras, it comes with a 48MP main camera. This is joined by an 8MP ultra-wide angle camera, and a 2MP depth sensor. As for the front-facing camera, the 16MP shooter only pops up when in use.
As we’ve reported before, the phone will also be the brand’s first phone to come with Huawei Mobile Services. That being said, it still runs a version of Android 9 Pie out of the box.
The HONOR 9X Pro is priced at RM999. That said, it will only be available starting 17 April 2020. The company is also throwing in an HONOR Band 5i for free, while stocks last.
