Xiaomi today has officially launched the Mi 10 series for the global market. Interesting enough, the company has also decided to announce the third model for the series called Mi 10 Lite.
As opposed to the previously announced Mi 10 and Mi 10 Pro, the new model looks physically different. For starters, the Mi 10 Lite comes with a square-shaped rear camera module while its selfie camera is housed in a teardrop display notch.
The camera specs on the phone is different as well. For example, the phone’s main camera carries a 48MP sensor although Xiaomi has yet to reveal the specs for the three other accompanying cameras. On the front part of the phone the company has opt for a 16MP sensor.
Also equipped with a 6.57-inch AMOLED display and powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 765G which carries an integrated Snapdragon X52 5G modem, completing the general specs of Mi 10 Lite is a 4,160mAh battery that supports 20W fast charge.
It is not yet known whether Xiaomi will be releasing the Mi 10 Lite in Malaysia but in Europe, the phone will be made available starting from May onwards. The price starts at EU 349 (~RM 1669) for the variant with 64GB while the 128GB model is going to costs EU 399 (~RM 1,900) although the amount of LPDDR4X RAM in them were not revealed by Xiaomi today.
