The Samsung Galaxy Buds Plus now out for nearly a month. And with that, you may be hoping that the original will get a slight drop in price. If that’s the case, then it looks like Samsung has granted your wish. The Korean tech giant has reduced its price down from RM499 to RM349.
First released last year alongside the Galaxy S10, the Samsung Galaxy Buds come with some pretty impressive features. It has a battery life of six hours, while its charging case gives it an additional seven hours. You can also get 100 minutes of use with only 15 minutes of charging.
You’ll have to download the Galaxy Wearable to make use of all its features. But once you do, you’ll get access to its ambient sound mode, so that you can also hear what’s going on in your surroundings.
Of course, most of its capabilities have been overshadowed by the Plus variant of the buds. But now with the price reduction, there’s a compelling choice to be made here.
If you’re willing to shell out more dough for better features, then the Plus version is for you. But if you’d rather have something functional at a more affordable price, then you can still pick up the first generation Samsung Galaxy Buds at a lower price now.
