Samsung has debuted the latest entry to its 2020 A series of smartphones in Japan on 19 March 2020. Powered by a Mediatek chipset, the Galaxy A41 is a mid-range smartphone with waterproof capability.
The A41 is equipped with a 6.1-inch FHD+ Super AMOLED display featuring a waterdrop notch. Under the hood is a Helio P65 SoC coupled with 4GB RAM and 64GB of internal storage. Additionally, the phone features a battery capacity of 3,500mAh with 15W fast charging support.
The Galaxy A41 sports a triple camera setup in a vertical layout on its back, which consists of a 48MP main sensor, an 8MP ultra-wide, and a 5MP depth camera. Housed within the front display’s notch is a 25MP selfie camera.
Other than that, the phone also features a fingerprint sensor underneath its display and comes with Samsung’s One UI 2.0 alongside Android 10. The A41 is dust and water resistant with an IP68 rating.
The new Samsung Galaxy A41 will be available in blue, black and white colour selections. Besides Japan, the phone has not been announced for a global release just yet. Its pricing has not been revealed as well.
