If you’ve been looking to get a gaming notebook powered by an Nvidia GeForce GTX 1660 Ti, but most options are out of your budget, maybe now’s the time to take a second look. The MSI GF65 Thin currently has a 15% discount. This puts its price down to RM3999 from the original RM4699.

This particular configuration of the MSI GF65 Thin comes with an Intel Core i5 9300H processor, the aforementioned GeForce GTX 1660 Ti GPU, 8GB of DDR4 RAM and 512GB of NVMe PCIe SSD storage. It has a 15.6-inch Full HD display, with a 120hz refresh rate.

As the name claims, the MSI GF65 Thin is, well, quite thin, measuring in at 21.7mm. For a gaming laptop, it’s also on the lighter side of the scale, weighing 1.86kg. Fittingly, you also get red backlighting for its keyboard.

As for ports, you get two USB-C ports and two USB-A ports. All four of them are USB3.2 so speed should not be a problem for any of them. You also get a dedicated RJ45 LAN port, in addition to Wi-Fi 802.11ac and Bluetooth 5.0 connectivity.
