The Super Bowl is to Americans what the World Cup is to the rest of the world. It’s more than just a sporting event, it’s pretty much a cultural festival. Seeing as how I’m not an American and do not care for the sport where people use their hands despite the sport being called “football,” the Super Bowl shouldn’t excite me. It does, though, and that’s because of the number of movie trailers that drop during the sporting event.
If there’s a big movie or television show you’re looking forward to, you may be able to catch a glimpse of it during the game. Or, you can just wait for it to drop online like me. I’ve compiled a list of all the movie and TV trailers that aired during the 2020 Super Bowl. Check it out.
A Quiet Place II (19 March 2020)
Sonic the Hedgehog (13 February 2020)
The Invisible Man (27 February 2020)
Mulan (26 March 2020)
Apart from a 30 second Super Bowl spot, Disney also dropped a special full-length trailer.
The Spongebob Movie: Sponge on the Run (21 May 2020)
No Time to Die (9 April 2020)
Top Gun: Maverick (25 June 2020)
