Yesterday, we were treated to the teaser trailer for Fast & Furious 9. From the quick teaser we learned that the film is set a few years after the events of The Fate of the Furious. Baby Brian is now toddler Brian. Dom teaches him how to fix a car. Letty looks on. Sombre music plays in the background like it’s Avengers: Endgame. Dom says, “Things change now that I’m a father. I can’t live my life a quarter-mile at a time anymore.” The family theme is amped up to a thousand.
To get ready for the official trailer that’s dropping in a couple of days, Universal Pictures has released a number of cool looking character posters. In them, we see all the main cast members — Vin Diesel, Jordana Brewster, John Cena, Ludacris, Michelle Rodriguez, Tyrese Gibson and Nathalie Emmanuel.

Fast & Furious 9 sees the return of Justin Lin to the helm of the franchise. Lin directed arguably the best films in the franchise — Tokyo Drift, Fast & Furious, Fast Five and Fast & Furious 6.
