As we have previously reported, the recently confirmed POCO X2 smartphone is slated to launch in February. While the brand has revealed some of the phone’s key specifications, we’ve yet to actually see its overall design.
Indian tech website TechDroider has recently uploaded live photos of an alleged POCO X2 which showcases the phone’s front design. From the images, the phone features a flat all-screen display with a pill-shaped punch hole cutout. One photo points out that the alleged handset appears to be running on IMUI 11.

There are speculations that the X2 could be a rebranded Redmi K30, and there are some similarities when comparing the latter to the phone in the images. Most apparent is its front camera cutout location and pill-shaped design.
POCO confirmed that the X2 will feature a Snapdragon SoC, 120Hz display and a liquid cooling system. Additionally, the phone will have a fast charging 4500mAh battery and a Sony IMX686 sensor for its main camera.
Whether the phone in question in these photos is the company’s latest smartphone is still debatable. Regardless, the POCO X2’s design and specifications will only be fully unveiled next month on 4 February 2020.
