There have been a lot of chatters regarding the name of Samsung’s next flagship device as rumours currently pinpoint to two names: Galaxy S11 and Galaxy S20. Each of these names have valid reason behind them as the former is a continuation from the last device as well as its launch date while the latter might represent the year 2020.
It seems like we have finally got the confirmed answer a few hours ago. In a set of leaked live images of the new device from XDA Developers, the name that appeared in its boot up screen is the Galaxy S20+ which have been also been rumoured as the middle member of the series with the highest-end being Galaxy S20 Ultra.
The live images have also generally confirmed the design of the phone which is inline with the renders that have made their way into the Internet. For example, there is the Infinity-O display which features selfie camera on the top centre part of the screen, alongside the multi-camera module on its back although the actual arrangement might be different.
While this is indeed an exciting update, we still have a few more weeks to go before Samsung officially unveiled its new flagship device and next generation foldable. So, stay tuned for the Unpacked event on 11 February.
