realme has recently revealed its update road map for ColorOS 7 based on the Android 10. The company has announced a few months ago that it plans to release its own UI, and will be starting with ColorOS 7.
Based on the photo, the roadmap will starts with realme 3 Pro and realme XT receiving the update in January first. Then, the update will be available for the realme X and realme 5 Pro in February.
Here is the breakdown for the realme ColorOS 7 roadmap:
- January 2020 – realme 3 Pro & realme XT
- February 2020 – realme X & realme 5 Pro
- March 2020 – realme X2 Pro
- April 2020 – realme 3 & realme 3i
- May 2020 – realme 5 & realme 5s
- June 2020 – realme 2 Pro
- Q3 2020 – realme C2
realme has also mentioned that the new ColorOS 7 will bring smoother gaming graphics and better RAM management. Additionally, realme is also bringing dark mode throughout the system and users can customise app icons, shape and sizes as well as fonts.
As for now, it is nice to see realme is still keeping its smartphones updated despite releasing a large number of them throughout the year. Also, realme has recently teased its first step into the 5G realm with the upcoming realme X50 5G.
