With Mass Effect: Andromeda being what it was, it seemed unlikely that the series will see another entry. But with a tweet from Bioware’s Casey Hudson, the expectation may change. Fittingly, the tweet came on 7 November, to match the series’ iconic N7 military code.
Hudson was the director of the Mass Effect trilogy. So a tweet from him will unsurprisingly stir up the rumour mill. And especially with a tweet like the one he put up, with lines like “so many ideas for things we want to do”, and “so much concept art that hasn’t yet been brought to life, and so many stories yet to tell”.

Also, as part of the tweet, Hudson posted four of what looks like concept art for the Mass Effect series. It gives people a glimpse of what else the Bioware team wants to do, but without the context of stories, it’s difficult to say what the developer’s plans are for the series.
With all that said, it’s still unclear what Bioware wants to do with its Mass Effect series. Does the tweet suggest another entry in the series? Maybe, but until an official announcement is made, this teaser doesn’t really mean much.
