As the saying goes, there’s a gamer within us all, regardless of what we do and who we are. In a response to local gaming sites Kakuchopurei and Gamer Matter’s Twitter post featuring Death Stranding’s Sam Bridges (Norman Reedus) all decked out in POS Laju attire, POS Malaysia responded in kind and made an “official” image of their own.
While the image does not feature Norman Reedus himself (or the creepy BB unit), what we do see is an actual POS Laju employee fully equipped for a massive adventure and ready to take on monstrous enemies. It’s an apt depiction of the character, considering how Death Stranding is shaping up to look like something of a courier service simulator.
We get you, Sam, delivering messages and connecting the world is what we do, too. Shout out to @Kakuchopurei, @gamermatters and all the Death Stranding fans for connecting the dots 🙌🏼 #DeathStranding #PosMalaysia #TomorrowIsInYourHands pic.twitter.com/ET4zK8rzJM

Credit where it’s due, it’s nice to see our local courier service engaging in playful banter, especially in reference to a game that’s just two days away from launch. Hopefully, Kojima Productions will take notice of this and actually formulate some sort of response. There’s no way we wouldn’t want a POS Laju skin for Sam Bridges.
Death Stranding will be available on 8 November onwards. The game will first be available on the PlayStation 4 (PS4), while the PC version of the game will be available in the summer of 2020.
