It’s November tomorrow, and Sony Interactive Entertainment has just announced the free games for the month for PlayStation Plus subscribers. One of them is an undeniably good game, while another is a missed opportunity, since it won’t be out in time for Halloween night tonight.
The first one is Nioh by Team Ninja, the developers of the Ninja Gaiden series. Think Dark Souls, but with a Japanese setting and faster paced. That said, it’s still a different enough experience than Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice that you won’t feel like you’re playing the same game.
Nioh and Outlast 2 are your free PS Plus Games in November!

Second on the list of free games is Outlast 2. As a survival horror game, it will likely still work well enough if you have a lingering Halloween itch that’s not scratched by tonight. Unfortunately though, this will only be available in a week’s time.
Specifically, these two free games will be available for PlayStation Plus subscribers to download from 6 November to 3 December. If you haven’t gotten the free games for October, now’s as good a time as any to get them.
