Valve’s Steam Sales are some of the most eagerly awaited times among PC gamers, as they are usually hosted just before or during every major holiday season. Now it seems that the dates for the last three Steam Sales of the year have been leaked online.
The leaks come by way of SteamDB, the Steam development and database tracker site via Twitter. Despite Valve asked developers to keep mum on the dates, someone within the group couldn’t contain their excitement and decided to let the cat out of the bag.
Leaked upcoming @steam_games 2019 sale dates:
🎃 Halloween Sale: October 28 – November 1
🍂 Autumn Sale: November 26 – December 3
🎅 Winter Sale: December 19 – January 2Multiple developers posted it in multiple places despite Valve asking otherwise. But you know how that goes.

The Halloween Sale’s date doesn’t come as a surprise, given the event’s annual 31 October date. As for the Autumn Sale, it does seem to be arriving a little later than usual; with a 3 December end date, that also gives Steam gamers a 16-days respite before the Winter Sale.
With all that said, it would be best to take this news a pinch of salt, at least until Steam officially announces the dates itself. That said, Valve had apparently asked multiple developers not to share the dates publically prior to leak. So, even if it decided to change the dates around, it’s likely that the new timelines for the Sales won’t be too drastic.
