Tune Talk has announced that it is giving away 3GB of free data to all of its customers. This was done to apologize for the disruption that happened to the telco’s network on 14 September.
On that night, Tune Talk first tweeted about the disruption which involved data services at 11:38 PM although reader sharpman has pointed out that it took place much earlier at slightly after 10:00 PM. No follow up notification was made after that but one of its customers tweeted that Tune Talk’s data services were back to normal at around 1:00 AM.
Meanwhile, subscribers are able to obtain free 3GB data through SMS according to the steps that the Tune Talk has mentioned below:

As pointed above, the free 3GB data is valid until 11:59 PM tonight. So, to all Tune Talk customers out there, don’t sleep on it.
