You might have heard or even actively using its website and app, but do you know that Klook, the leading global travel and booking platform also has its own on-ground travel fair? Well, Klook Travel Fest will be making its way into Malaysia for the time ever and everyone is invited!
To be held at the Malaysia International Trade and Exhibition Centre (MITEC) which is just 3 minutes away by car from Publika, the Klook Travel Fest is scheduled to take place on 28 and 29 September. Klook has described it as a unique mobile-driven, experiential travel fair that combines travel, fun, and community under a single umbrella.
Being a travel fair, you can definitely score some awesome travel deals at Klook Travel Fest which comes just in time for the year-end holiday season. In fact, among such deals are the event-exclusive Buy 1 Free 1 and 50% off deals which will pop up on the screen at the event. Talk about the element of surprise!
Since Klook Travel Fest is not just any other ordinary travel fair, there are certainly plenty of other things to do over there apart from deal hunting. For example, there will be plenty of interactive, immersive, and insta-worthy booths that you can experience throughout the fest.
These booths are not just random scenery booths though as they represent Klook’s partners such as Hong Kong Disneyland, Universal Studios Japan, Ocean Park Hong Kong, Sunway Lagoon, Harukas 300, Malaysia Airlines, JR West, HSBC, and many more. Even the little ones can have some fun at Klook Travel Fest as there will be a kids’ corner by Kidzania.
Aside from that, you are also able to learn about useful travel hacks and tips from well-known celebrities, creators, and travel bloggers at Klook Travel Fest. Among those in the list are Sazzy Falak, Daphne Iking, and Wei Zhi of KampungBoyCityGal as well as Joe Chang of GOXUAN, Mia Chai, and Wong Chui Ling who will be sharing their experience travelling with children.
If you are interested to know more about solo travelling, then you might be interested to check out the session by journalist, and award-winning travel blogger, Mei Mei Chu. On another hand, you can also learn about all the good things to do in Japan from travel and beauty blogger, Chanwon.
The list goes on further with Asma’ Nasaruddin, a well-known fashion, beauty, and travel Instagrammer who will also share styling and exploration tips for your travels. Need some inspiration? You might get some from the local TV host and actor, Baki Zainal.
In addition to all the sharing sessions above, social media power couple, Jenn Chia and Jon Liddell, as well as Pong Pong Sibling will be up on stage to entertain you with songs and on-stage games. There will also be immersive historical-themed theatre show by Encore Melaka, Japanese Taiko drum performance by Wadaiko Syo, and K-Pop dance moves by Kueendom & Kingsman dance cover groups.
Not enough with travel deals, interactive booths, sharing sessions, and performances, you can also win prizes via the lucky draw at the Klook Travel Fest including roundtrip air tickets, the uber premium Dyson hairdryers, classy Samsonite luggage, and of course, Klook merchandises.
Last but not least, Klook travel experts will also be on hand to answer everything that you might have regarding Klook or travels in general at “Ask Klook” booths. Do stay tuned for the full event line-up and schedule coming your way very soon on Klook Malaysia’s Facebook page and Instagram.
