Razer officially announced its new Blade Stealth 13 ultrabook earlier at IFA 2019. Like all Razer notebooks, the machine is a refresh, but unlike its predecessor, it’s the first Blade Stealth 13 to feature a discrete GPU.
Specifically, the new Blade Stealth 13 now has a choice between an Intel Iris Plus integrated GPU, or an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 dedicated GPU. Aiding the GPU’s output is a 13.3-inch display with either Full HD (1920 x 1080) or 4K (3840 x 2160) resolution, depending on your personal preference.
Graphics and display aside, the updated Blade Stealth 13 is also fitted with a new 25W 10th generation Intel Core i7-1065G7 CPU, with a turbo boost clock of 3.9GHz. Additionally, the notebook is fitted with dual-channel 16GB LPDDR4 RAM, running at a frequency of 3733MHz. Storage is handled by a PCIe NVMe SSD, which is available in two storage capacities, 256GB or 512GB.
Ports-wise, the Blade Steath 13 features a Thunderbolt 3 port, one USB-C 3.1 Gen2 port, two USB 3.1 Type-A ports, and a power port. For connectivity, the notebook also has an Intel Wireless AX 201 module that supports Wi-Fi 6, plus Bluetooth 5.0 connectivity.
The Razer Blade Stealth 13 2019 will be available starting from the end of September 2019, with pricing starting from US$1499 (~RM6303). The notebook will also be available in Razer’s traditional black colour and a new Mercury White.
At the time of writing, Razer did not specify if and when the Blade Stealth 13 2019 will be arriving in Malaysia.
