While ASUS has generally designed the ROG Phone II gaming phone to meet the demand from gamers throughout the world, the company has launched a special model for China in cooperation with Tencent. As it turned out, there are indeed some significant differences between the ROG Phone II Tencent Edition and the unit that the company will release in Malaysia.
Yes, you read that right: ASUS has officially confirmed that the ROG Phone II will be making its way into Malaysia. However, ASUS is not able to provide the exact launch date for the ROG Phone 2 in Malaysia for the time being, although the company has stated that it is working to bring the device over here in early Q4 2019.
But first, here are the differences between the two version according to the company:
In addition to what has been listed above, the ROG Phone II comes standard with Qualcomm Snapdragon 855+ and 6.59-inch Full HD+ 120Hz AMOLED display. It also features 48MP and 13MP cameras on its back alongside 24MP selfie camera and 6000mAh battery.
