Back in May, Electronic Arts (EA) announced that it’s bringing the EA Access subscription service to the PlayStation 4 in July. It has finally happened, and you can now sign up for the subscription service via the PlayStation Store.
We also get localised subscription pricing for the service. A monthly subscription will cost RM19, while signing up for a whole year will set you back RM99. You will also need to download the EA Access Hub app for your PS4, from the looks of it.
To recap, the subscription provides a number of benefits. One of them is free access to games in the Vault for free for as long as your subscription is active. Others include early access to EA-published games before they are launched, and 10% discounts when you decide to buy them.
If you’re interested, you can get your subscription straight from the PS Store after downloading the EA Access Hub app. And it doesn’t sound like too bad a deal. After all, a year’s subscription is now cheaper than a year’s subscription for PS Plus.
