Potterheads, prepare to be excited: the game that you have been looking forward to play for so long is almost here. The people behind Harry Potter: Wizards Unite has announced that the game will be released throughout the world starting from this Friday, 21 June.
Originally announced back in 2017, Wizards Unite is an augmented reality game that allows players to live the life of a wizard while roaming the streets. If that sounds like a Harry Potter-themed Pokémon Go to you, that is because the game is being made by the same developer, Niantic.

Despite the unveiling of the launch date, it is not going to be a simultaneous launch though as the game will be rolled out in the US and UK first. At this moment, the actual launch day for Malaysia is not yet known.
That being said, you already able to pre-register for the game on Google Play since March. For iOS users, well…guess you just have to keep a close look at the App Store from time to time.
