While Jovovich plays Lt Artemis, Jaa appears to be playing the Research Commission Field Team Leader from Monster Hunter: World. Other characters from the latest game in the franchise also making an appearance include the Handler and the Admiral.
The Monster Hunter live-action film is slated to hit the big screens on 4 September 2020.
