Aside from a range of work-related machines, HP Malaysia also announced two gaming laptops. They are the Omen 15 and the Pavilion Gaming 15.
The HP Omen has always had a pretty unique look, and it’s more of the same this year. That said, the HP Omen 15 of 2019 actually looks a little more subdued than it did before, as the lights on the lid are now gone. The display itself is a 15.6-inch Full HD 144Hz display.
On the inside, though, things have been turned up. You can now have the HP Omen with up to an Intel Core i9-9880H processor, and up to an Nvidia GeForce RTX 2070 Max-Q GPU. It also supports with up to 32GB of DDR4 RAM. Storage options go all the way up to a 2TB HDD and a 256GB of PCIe NVMe M.2 SSD.
It’s much the same story with the HP Pavilion Gaming. It now comes with a 15.6-inch Full HD display, up to an Intel Core i7-9750H, and up to an Nvidoa GeForce GTX 1660 1660 Ti Max-Q GPU. Like the Omen 15, it also supports up to 32GB of DDR4 RAM, with storage options also going up to a 2TB HDD and a 256GB PCIe NVMe M.2 SSD.
The HP Omen 15 will be priced from RM6399 onwards, while the HP Pavilion Gaming has its price starting from RM2979. HP Malaysia says that the Omen 15 will only be available starting July, but the Pavilion Gaming 15 is already in the market. In fact, you can get the latter from the company’s Official Store on Lazada.
