Xiaomi has announced the Mi Band 4 at its launch event in China. As you’d expect from a sequel, it comes with a number of improvements over the previous generation Mi Band 3. Like before, it also has an NFC variant.
One of the major improvements the Mi Band 4 has over its predecessor is a larger display. It measures in at 0.95 inches, and has a resolution of 120 x 240. And with the larger display comes features like watch faces, of which there are 77.
The Mi Band 4 will also come with a built-in microphone. This allows it to recognise voice commands, and pass them on to connected devices. It also comes with a six-axis accelerometer for physical activity monitoring. As for its battery, it’s rated to be able to deliver up to 20 days of use per charge.
The Xiaomi Mi Band 4 is priced at CNY169 (~RM102), and the NFC variant is priced at CNY229 (~RM138). That said, the company has not made any announcements regarding local pricing and availability yet.
