Aside from its new flagship killer contender, the Redmi K20 Pro and K20, the sub-brand of Xiaomi has also announced a notebook called RedmiBook 14. Given its name, you might already able to guess that the laptop carries a 14-inch display.
Specifically, it is a 14-inch Full HD display with anti-glare coating and brightness level of 250nits. Weighing at around 1.5kg, the RedmiBook 14 also features an all-metal body with a thickness of 17.95 mm although the design seems to be highly inspired by MacBook.

As for the storage on its SATA-based solid state drive, the option is tied to user’s choice of processor with up to 512GB.
The RedmiBook 14 also comes with a 46Whr battery which apparently delivers up to 10 hours of video playback, 11 hours of web browsing, and 7 hours of online video playback. Through its fast charge technology, users can gain 50% of its battery capacity with just 35 minutes of charging time.
The laptop also comes with Xiaomi Smart Unlock 2.0 feature that allows Mi Band 3 owners to unlock the RedmiBook 14 instantly when they come near it. Pre-installed with Windows 10 Home Edition, Microsoft Office Home and Student Edition also come as standard for RedmiBook 14.
In terms of pricing, the Core i5-8265U model with 256GB goes for CNY 3,999 (~RM 2,427) while the 512GB variant is priced at CNY 4299 (~RM 2,609). On another hand, the Core i7 model which already comes with 512GB as default is listed at CNY 4,999 (~RM 3,034).
