Just as the 9th Gen Intel Core H-series mobile processors and NVIDIA GeForce GTX 16 series graphics for notebooks were officially introduced into the market, Level 51 has unveiled an all-new gaming notebook series called Forge 15. For those who are not familiar with its name, Level 51 is a subsidiary of the Singapore-based Aftershock PC who is known for its customizable high-performance laptop and desktop PCs.
Aimed at users that looking for value for money options, the standard Forge 15 model is equipped with a 15.6-inch Full HD IPS display. Customers have the choice to equip the laptop with either Intel Core i5-9300H quad-core chip or the higher-end Core i7-9750H six-core option.
The base unit comes standard with NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 3GB graphics although those who chose to have Forge 15 with Core i7 processor can also obtain the new GeForce GTX 1650 4GB graphics.
On another hand, the Forge 15 Pro which is meant for those that require more performance comes ready with Intel Core i7-9750H processor and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060 6GB graphics. Additionally, it is also equipped with 15.6-inch 144Hz Full HD display by default.
Regardless of whether the standard or Pro variant, both models also offers 8GB DDR4-2666 RAM and 512GB M.2 NVMe solid state drive as default components. In terms of pricing, the standard Forge 15 model starts at RM 2899 while the Forge 15 Pro can be obtained for RM 5099 onwards.
