In what seems to be a display of confidence, U Mobile today has revealed that customers are able to test out their service for 7 days. Customers will be able to ask for a refund if they feel that the service is not up to par within that time period.
Over at its website, U Mobile has stated that its 4G network which the telco claimed is built for “unlimited data experience” now able to cover 9 out of 10 people in Peninsular Malaysia. Furthermore, the company has been growing its 4G coverage by implementing more than 2,000 new 4G sites for the past year.
While U Mobile has several postpaid plans under its wing, the new 7-Day Network Trial program is only applicable for the Unlimited Hero P99 plan. Additionally, the trial is only applicable for new registration in which a new phone number will be given to customers.
