Aside from Galaxy Fold, the Galaxy S10 5G is also another surprise addition to this year’s Samsung Galaxy series. We have previously mentioned that the phone is quite different from the standard S10 models and as it turns out, the differences actually go way beyond their hardware and design.
According to DxOMark, the camera capabilities on the Galaxy S10 5G has surpassed Galaxy S10+. Not only that, the image lab has also stated that the phone is also on par with the current king of DxOMark smartphone ranking, Huawei P30 Pro.
Even though they have been given the same overall score by DxOMark, it turns out that the P30 Pro scored slightly better when it comes to photography due to its zoom capability. As for video recording, Samsung decision to set the camera’s default resolution to 4K allows Galaxy S10 5G to achieve the highest Video score for DxOMark even though it is using the same camera as per Galaxy S10+.
As interesting as this report might be, the Galaxy S10 5G is not something that will be widely available throughout the world since it is a 5G device. At least, that is the case for Malaysia.
