Honor recently has announced that it will be launching a new phone series later this year. Not surprisingly, the new series is called Honor 20 Series which is the continuation of last year’s Honor 10 Series and will be making its global debut in London very soon according to a teaser that the company released yesterday.
The launch date of the series has also been revealed through the teaser on the company’s Facebook page although it came in the form of a mathematical equation. Since the answer to the equation is 521, we believe that the launch event will take place on 21 May.
Another interesting thing that we noticed from the equation is the emphasis on number 4. We don’t know what it really means at the moment, but our guts feel that it could be hinting at a quad camera.
Interestingly though, an Honor 20 Series device will be making its way into Malaysia later this week ahead of the launch in London. That being said, the Honor 20 Lite doesn’t come with a quad camera and is also known by different names in other markets such as Honor 20i in China and Honor 10i in Russia.
