After the successful launch of HONOR View 20 back in January, it appears that HONOR is preparing to launch another flagship call the HONOR 20 Pro. More importantly, a leak from Weibo suggests that the device will feature a new Sony IMX600 camera sensor and could arrive as early as 25 April.
According to the post, the alleged HONOR 20 Pro will sport a 6.1-inch OLED waterdrop display with an in-display fingerprint scanner. Powered by the Kirin 980 SoC, the HONOR 20 Pro comes in three memory configurations: 6GB/128GB, 8GB/128GB, and 8GB/256GB.
In terms of optics, sources say that the Sony IMX600 sensor will be rated at 40MP. Further, it will be paired with a 20MP ultra-wide-angle lens and 8MP telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom.
The HONOR 20 Pro is expected to be priced from 2999 yuan (~RM1830) for the lower end model. While the marginally higher specced variants are expected to cost up to 3799 yuan (~RM2318).
As mouth-watering as these supposed specifications of the HONOR 20 Pro sound, it’s important to keep in mind that this is all just speculation at the moment. Until HONOR actually releases a So we do advise you to take this with a pinch of salt.
