Samsung earlier today has revealed that it will be launching Galaxy M in Malaysia on 18 March. At the same time, the company has also confirmed the device will be launched through a collaboration with Shopee.
Previously, Samsung Malaysia has stated that the new Galaxy M series will be made available exclusively online. At this moment, it is not known whether Shopee will receive exclusive right for the phone as well as the exact variant of Galaxy M that Samsung will release in our market.
In India, the Galaxy M was available in two different variants: Galaxy M10 and Galaxy M20. The latter model has specifications that include Samsung’s own Exynos 7905 processor, 6.3-inch Full HD+ display, 8MP front camera, and 5000mAh battery.
The Galaxy M10 on another hand carries an Exynos 7870 processor alongside a 6.22-inch HD+ display, 5MP front camera, and 3400mAh battery. Both of these devices are equipped with 13MP and 5MP cameras on their back.
Over there, the Galaxy M20 is priced at up to INR 12990 (~RM 762) while the Galaxy M10 can go up to INR 8990 (~RM 527). With that, let’s see how much these phones will be priced by Samsung in Malaysia.
