While the Samsung Galaxy S10 series smartphones are launched in Malaysia, the Korean brand also took the opportunity to launch its Galaxy Watch Active. The wearable is priced at RM799.
In terms of specs, the Samsung Galaxy Watch Active comes with a 1.1-inch AMOLED display, an Exynos 9110 chipset, 768MB of RAM, and a 230mAh battery. It also has an IP68 rating. It runs the Tizen4 OS but is still compatible with Android and iOS devices as well.
Being a smartwatch, you can expect a good number of health and fitness tracking apps as well. Naturally, this includes a heartrate monitor and sleep tracking feature as well.
While the device is recently launched, general availability of the Galaxy Watch Active will begin only on 8 March. This coincides with the day that the Galaxy S10 series of smartphones will be on shelves.
