Stardew Valley was one of those unexpected titles that did exceedingly well on the PC and all current generation consoles. Now, following the success of Sickhead Games’ title on the iOS, the developers are finally bringing the game over to the Android ecosystem.
Just like the iOS version, the Android version of Stardew Valley will be up-to-date with the PC and console versions. Players will have the ability to import their farm from other platforms to their mobile device. Alas, likes its iOS counterpart, multiplayer functionality still won’t be available for the Android OS.
On the plus side, the developers have said that the Android version will have the same save support, pinch-to-zoom, as well as better overall controls. Just like the version on iOS.
At this time, the developer for Stardew Valley did not specify a launch date. Having said that, the game is already available for pre-registration on Google Play. It’s currently priced at US$7.99 (~RM32.67), which is the same as the iOS version.
