The prolific leaker, Evan Blass earlier this week has brought forward a rather curious video that briefly showed an unknown foldable smartphone in action. While the man himself not able to verify the authenticity of both video and the device featured in it, Evan stated that the device might be conceived by Xiaomi.
Check out the actual video right below:
Can't speak to the authenticity of this video or device, but it's allegedly made by Xiaomi, I'm told. Hot new phone, or gadget porn deepfake? pic.twitter.com/qwFogWiE2F

The duration of the video might be quite short at just 20 seconds, but it still showed plenty of things. Among the noticeable characteristic of the mysterious device shown in the video is the fact it is running on Xiaomi’s MIUI 10 firmware as well as the relatively smooth transition from one form to another.
Without an official announcement, it is indeed hard to verify the existence of the product. Even if it is fake, that is still a rather elaborate piece of work.
