As part of a major announcement, Capcom has also announced the next big Monster Hunter World collaboration, this time with CD Project Red. Geralt of Rivia will be coming to Monster Hunter World.
As an expert of monster hunting himself, the Witcher brings with him a unique quest line, as well as unique mechanics to mesh the experience of The Witcher III: Wild Hunt into Monster Hunter: World. Among said mechanics include Geralt’s very own spellsword fighting style.
Doug Cockle will also reprise his role as the English voice of the White Wolf.
Together with Capcom, we’re presenting the crossover everyone’s been waiting for: Geralt takes on a new contract in @monsterhunter World!

The Witcher III: Wild Hunt crossover will come to console versions of Monster Hunter: World in early 2019, with the PC release to follow soon. This also looks like it’s going to be a permanent addition to the game, the same way the Final Fantasy XIV crossover permanently added Behemoth as an Elder Dragon and the True Gae Bolg spear as an Insect Glaive-class weapon.
