In an earlier report, we have touched a newly published FAQ document on unifi’s website which stated that the price of unifi 100Mbps package would become higher after 24 months. TM has since responded to the issue by releasing a general statement through its social media channels.
According to the FAQ document dated 15 November 2018, it was stated that the monthly fee for unifi 100Mbps plan of RM 129 would be reverted to RM 159 once customers’ 24-months contract is over which is similar to last year’s Bonanza Campaign.
This will no longer be the case according to the statement which is shown below:
At the time this article is published, the 15 November’s FAQ document has yet been removed from unifi’s website though. Nevertheless, those who are concerned that they have to pay higher charges after their unifi 100Mbps contract is over can rest easy for now.
