As many of you may have already noticed, WhatsApp’s stickers have been out since last month. Including several sets that are familiar to the ones first seen on Facebook Messenger (unsurprising, considering who the parent company is). As if that weren’t good enough, there’s now talk that the feature could soon be getting a dedicated search feature.
News of the upcoming feature was first posted by WABetaInfo via its Twitter account. The tweet says that at the current moment, WhatsApp is currently working on bringing the stickers search function to the Android OS first. Sadly, WhatsApp did specify when the feature will be made available to iOS.

By default, WhatsApp feature a total of 12 sticker sets by default, all of which can be downloaded in-app. There is also the option to download third-party sticker packs through the Google Play Store.
