Revealed alongside Samsung Galaxy Note 9, the Samsung Galaxy Watch will soon be made available in Malaysia. According to Samsung Malaysia, consumers in our market are able to get their hands on the new smartwatch starting from 5 October onwards.
Available in two different sizes, 42mm and 46mm, the variants that will be released in Malaysia don’t come with LTE connectivity though. Hence, all of them feature slightly lower RAM at 768MB although still comes with the same 4GB internal storage and Exynos 9110 processor as per the LTE models.
Among the major attractions of the new Galaxy Watch is its battery life which apparently able to last up to 80 hours. At the same time, it is also equipped with stress management tracker that would provide users with breathing exercises once it detects a high level of stress.
Additionally, the watch’s sleep tracking capability is also more advanced than its predecessors given that it is able to track all levels of sleep including REM cycles. Galaxy Watch is also able to track 39 workouts in total with 21 of them being newly added indoor exercises.

The 46mm version of Galaxy Watch will be made available in Silver and can be obtained for RM 1299. On another hand, the 42mm Galaxy Watch will be released in Midnight Black and Rose Gold as well as a price tag of RM 1199.
Consumers in Malaysia can pre-order any of the new Galaxy Watch at Samsung Malaysia’s official website on 1 to 4 October in which they will also receive one free additional strap alongside their new Galaxy Watch.
