We are already aware that Razer is working on the follow-up to its genre-defining Razer Phone. So many rumors have appeared in the wild for the past few months and surprisingly, they might be on point considering what prolific leaker, Evan Blass has just released today.
Among them is the design similarities between the upcoming phone and its predecessor which include the minimalist rectangular shape and grilles on both upper as well as lower part of the phone’s front side. Based on the leak, it seems like there is still no audio phone jack on Razer Phone 2.
However, the leak also showed that Razer might have implemented a brand-new dual rear camera module on Razer Phone 2. While the original model already featured a 12MP + 12MP rear camera, but it was positioned on the upper left area of the phone’s rear side.
On the new phone, the modules are located on the upper middle area instead which is likely to avoid gamers touching the camera when they hold the phone in landscape position unlike on the original Razer Phone. Curiously, the date on the screen stated Wednesday, 10 October which is in-line with the phone’s rumored launch date.
Well then, we shall find out how true all these leaks are going to be in a few weeks’ time.
