It looks like gamers who pre-ordered their NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2080 Ti graphics card just can’t seem to catch a break. According to sources, NVIDIA has reportedly delayed the shipping of its top-of-the-line graphics card by yet another week.
The availability of the RTX 2080 Ti, which was suppose to ship at the same time as the GeForce RTX 2080, was delayed by one week. From 20 September to 27 September, which is today. In an email to its buyers, the brand announced that the new availability date would be sometime between 5 and 9 October 2018.
Specifically, customers in the US will received their pre-ordered RTX 2080 Ti as soon as 5 October, while other countries (such as ours) will only begin receiving the card within the 5-9 October time frame.
At this point, it is still unclear what is causing NVIDIA to delay the availability of its GeForce RTX 2080 Ti. Beyond the new availability dates, the brand is also not telling why.
