A new smartphone from Honor is set to be released pretty soon if these photos and leaked specifications are correct. Called Honor 8X Max, someone has managed to spot the phone being used in public recently and subsequently snapped a photo of it which clearly showed its water drop-shaped display notch.
According to a post on Weibo, the Honor 8X Max will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 together with up to 4GB of RAM on board. Alongside the processor are dual cameras on its back which feature 16MP and 2MP sensors while there’s also another 8MP selfie shooter on the front.
Other rumored features include a humongous 7.12-inch screen which will have a resolution of 2244 x 1080 pixels. The phone will also have a huge 4900mAh battery although no internal storage options have been shared so far.
As pointed on the teaser above, the Honor 8X Max will be officially launched on 5 September in China alongside the Honor 8X. So, let’s see how accurate all the leaked information going to be once these devices are made official next month.
