TM has advised users to update their account details in order to help the company deliver e-Bill to them. While TM has actually implemented paperless billing for the past few years, the move will be permanent this time around.
Specifically, TM will stop providing paper bills starting from September 2018 onwards. In fact, the company will not send them over via mail and users also would not even able to obtain printed bills from TMpoint branches although staff members will be on standby to show users on how they can view or download e-Bill.
For those who are not familiar with TM e-Bill, it is usually delivered to users via e-mail in PDF format. Additionally, TM also sent a summary of the bill to users via SMS notification. Not to forget, users can also view their e-Bill on unifi’s official website or through the newly launched care@unifi app.
While all TM customers will be automatically converted to e-Bill, they still need to provide their particular to the company. They can do so by registering themselves at unifi’s website and care@unifi app or through the assistance of unifi’s customer service staff on Facebook and Twitter.
