A leaked video of someone unboxing the upcoming Google Pixel 3 XL has gone online. Not only it shows the device in all of its glory, but also plenty of accompanying accessories right inside the box.
In general, the larger device looks similar to last year’s Pixel 2 XL, apart from the notch at the top of the screen. What makes this unboxing interesting is the content of the box itself. From the video, we can see it will be packed tight with boxes upon boxes. This includes the usual paperwork and manual given with every smartphone today.
However, when the second box is lifted is where the surprise starts. It seems that Google has included a pair of wired earbuds which share the same design as per the existing wireless Pixel Buds. Also in the box is the usual USB Type-C cable, alongside a Type-C to 3.5mm adapter and a USB Type-C to Type-A adapter.
The last is presumably includes USB OTG support for quick data migration from older phones to the new Pixel 3 XL without the need to using any cloud service. The Pixel 3 series is expected launch date sometime in the fourth quarter of this year, so stay tuned.
