Samsung is making improvements to its AR Emoji system. Introducing a range of new customisation options to allow users to make more adjustments to their avatar; and getting the look just right.
The new AR Emoji increases the number of face ‘landmark detector’ points by 65 percent. Essentially providing more detailed for tracking eye and mouth movement. Which translates into a more life-like representation through the virtual avatar.
Also available are a set of new sliders, which allow the user to fine tune the look of their avatar. Facial features like eye shape, cheek width, and neck size can all be adjusted. Allowing people to make a more accurate representation of themselves. Or to make themselves look better.

There’s no actual timeline for when the update is being rolled out, as Samsung is saying that it will vary by region. That said, it won’t be too long before users will be able to edit their AR Emoji to be even more true to life.
