It looks like several motherboards makers are now on the final stages of manufacturing their upcoming B450-based mainboards. Chief of them all would be Gigabyte, who apparently has two of its upcoming motherboards leaked online recently. To be more specific, these are the B450 Aorus M and B450 Pro.
According to sources, both Gigabyte motherboards feature improved VRMs for better overclocking headroom along with M.2 cooling solutions as well. The bigger motherboard of the two, B450 Aorus Pro is packed with performance-oriented components such as 11-phase VRMs, dual m.2 slots, six SATA 3.0 6Gbps ports, and two PCIe x16 3.0 ports.
Meanwhile, the slightly smaller mATX Gigabyte B450 Aorus M comes with lesser features than its larger sibling, which is expected. It is equipped with a single M.2 22110 slot along with a single PCIe x16 3.0 slot and one PCIe x4 slot. Those aside, both of Gigabyte’s upcoming motherboards are expected to be launched by the end of July 2018; probably around the same time as the launch of AMD’s Ryzen 3 2300X and Ryzen 5 2500X CPUs.
Unfortunately, local pricing and release date of both Gigabyte B450 Aorus M and B450 Aorus Pro motherboards were not mentioned at the time of writing.
