In a rather cheeky message at its Facebook page, Time Internet has congratulated its major competitor, TM after the announcement of unifi speed upgrade yesterday. As you might have heard, the unifi Turbo upgrade which is meant for existing unifi customers will increase the speed of its service up to 800Mbps.
Here is the message in question:
At moment, Time Internet main home fibre offerings include 100Mbps for RM 149 per month while the higher-end 300Mbps and 500Mbps plans are priced at RM 189 and RM 299 respectively.
Given TM’s announcement yesterday, unifi might has finally edged out Time in terms of pricing. This is due to the fact as once unifi Turbo enter the market, they will costs much lower the existing price for Time Internet home fibre.
That being said though, the message above pretty much showed that Time Internet has took notice of what TM is doing. Not only that, it also seems to hint that the company is working to counter that move.
